PriceRoo is a website and browser extension that:

You may use PriceRoo for personal, non-commercial purposes to compare Amazon prices and make informed purchasing decisions.
3.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:

- ✗Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- ✗Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
- ✗Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- ✗Scrape, copy, or redistribute price data for commercial purposes
4. Affiliate Disclosure
PriceRoo participates in the Amazon Associates Program. When you click on product links provided by PriceRoo and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
This commission does not add a PriceRoo charge to the Amazon price you pay. Prices, availability, delivery and eligibility remain controlled by Amazon or its sellers. Affiliate revenue helps fund the core Service, which is currently offered without a PriceRoo subscription.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date price information:

6. Limitation of Liability

You may stop using the website at any time and uninstall the browser extension. We may restrict access to the Service or API when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.
11. Dispute Resolution
Please contact legal@priceroo.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute directly. We do not require arbitration under these Terms. A dispute may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law, and eligible consumers may use a competent alternative dispute-resolution body where available.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
